Wow! I had the pleasure to become a member of the Association for Healthcare Foodservice this year! The following are pictures from the first meeting of the year! C&T Design was the host! The meeting lead off with Cooking ahead for Convenience, then Healthcare safety and sanitation, Farm to table trends and New Equipment on the Horizon!!! What a great group of people committed to excelling in their profession! Looking forward to learning from them all!
Visited Craig at The Fiod Bank of Eastern Michigan! This facility is awesome! 64,000 square foot facility that feeds schools and those in need in Eastern Michigan! In addition they have a facility that teachs local culinary interest's! What a great way to reach out to the local community!
