Trip to Traverse City Michigan!!!

I had the great pleasure recently to travel to Traverse City Michigan to complete a training for the awesome folks at Oryana Natural Foods Market... They own 2 Alto Shaam Combi ovens along with an Alto Shaam Quick Chiller!!!!

It is amazing how much fresh organic foods these culinairian's prepare everyday!

Joseph Decuis Wagyu Farm - The Road to the James Beard House Dinner!

OK! It has been a while since I have posted a Blog! So I am posting numerous within the next couple days to show some exciting events that we have been involved in!

Amy and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary at the Joseph Decuis Wagyu Farm to support 6 Indiana Chefs that are raising funds to go to the James Beard House to serve their best!

It was an amazing experience and we had an awesome time with about 120 other people. Besides having cocktails and walk the farm we had the pleasure of enjoying our dinner in the horse farm.

Alto Shaam Day!!

The We had an awesome time in Southfield MI with our partners at Great Lakes Hotel Supply! Alto Shaam Day was filled with Slow Cooked Prime Rib, Smoked Ribs and Overnight cooked and smoked Pork Shoulder along with many other specialties, along with lots of fun and some great Food Service Industry Professionals! Thanks to all..
